In 2018, we undertook a comprehensive redesign and rebuild of OTC-Bulletin.com, leveraging the capabilities of Umbraco and Ucommerce to enhance user experience and streamline subscription processes.
This initiative was spearheaded by James Dudley, who, having previously collaborated with us on his own website, entrusted us with this project.
The revamped site introduced several key features:
- Closed User Area: A secure section dedicated to subscribers, providing access to editions and exclusive content.
- Flexible Subscription Model: Options for single subscriptions, multi-buy discounts, and corporate packages, catering to a diverse audience.
- Eco-Friendly Format Choices: Subscribers could select between digital and print formats, aligning with environmental considerations.
- Free Digital Edition: Prospective subscribers were offered a complimentary digital edition to sample content, featuring dynamic reminders to encourage full subscription.
Despite the site's brief tenure due to a subsequent merger, the project demonstrated our commitment to creating user-centric platforms that address both business objectives and user needs.
