In 2021, AlphaStream, a fintech startup specializing in hyper-personalization for the financial industry, secured a significant client in the Middle East. To meet the client’s needs, AlphaStream required a solution to capture and analyze user web activity, enabling the identification of trends and the delivery of tailored content.
To facilitate easy adoption by new customers, we developed a user-friendly NPM package using TypeScript. This package enabled seamless integration of the tracking system into various web platforms. The core of the system was built upon AWS Lambda functions, which provided scalable and efficient processing of incoming data streams. To manage and search through the vast amounts of data, we utilized Amazon OpenSearch Service (formerly Elasticsearch), ensuring rapid retrieval and analysis capabilities.
The system was designed to handle over 200 million events daily, maintaining high performance and reliability. This robust infrastructure ensured that no data was lost, and the processing remained efficient, even under heavy loads.
