Digicel Barbados digiSELECT Online Application
Digicel Barbados Ltd, the fastest-growing mobile telecommunications operator in the Caribbean, launched its commercial services on February 11, 2004. After securing one of three mobile licenses awarded by the Government of Barbados in April 2003, Digicel quickly gained a strong customer base due to its exceptional customer care and service.
To further enhance its customer experience and streamline its subscription process, Digicel Barbados required an online sign-up system that could seamlessly integrate into their existing website template. They approached us to develop the digiSELECT online application, providing a smooth and efficient way for users to sign up for their mobile services.
The solution we delivered included online application forms for Digicel's Pre-Paid, Post-Paid, Family, and Corporate mobile contracts. The application forms were designed with usability in mind, ensuring a seamless process for new customers while integrating securely with Digicel’s internal systems for verification and processing.
The digiSELECT platform significantly reduced manual data entry and processing time, providing a more efficient way for Digicel to onboard new customers while maintaining its reputation for excellent customer service.
