In January 2008, Lucy Switchgear approached The Site Doctor with concerns about their existing Content Management System (CMS). Although the website was frequently used by industry professionals, the CMS had significant limitations, particularly in terms of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and user accessibility on www.lucyswitchgear.com.

- Each page had the ability to specify a unique, keyword-rich URL
- Meta Tags were dynamically inherited when not manually set, ensuring complete coverage
